2004-04-02 - 5:12 p.m. Former President Clinton has no qualms about turning over classified foreign policy documents dealing with al-Qaeda to the committee investigating the Sept. 11 attacks, but the Bush administration will have none of it. Saying that some of the information from the Clinton years is simply too sensitive, the current administration is withholding the bulk of Clinton's files from the committee, which is trying to figure out why the United States was so woefully unprepared for Sept. 11. Apparently, it will be left to Condoleezza Rice to, um, clarify the situation. �
